WPM's commitment to helping you achieve your business goals doesn't end with maintenance
or even development projects. We apply the same principles to developing custom, enterprise-class
Web applications. By using the right tools and technology for your needs, WPM can help
to create a more productive environment for your employees or a must-have online tool for
your clients. Though we strive to maintain a wide range of technology options, our primary
focus is always on your business objectives.

WPM is currently involved in a long term development
project for Proposal Technologies Network (PTN) of Irvine, CA.
PTN has developed a patented, automated Web application to collect
and analyze RFPs (Requests for Proposal) for the health care industry.
ProposalLinkTM is the company's eRFP / eRFx / eProcurement software,
which provides instant leverage to its users, enabling them to create
RFPs from templates, archives, existing RFPs and, of course, from
scratch. The system is designed for use with a standard browser and
requires no additional or custom software.
WPM was approached to assist in reengineering the current
ColdFusion-based system into a platform and database independent
application, written primarily in PHP, but with additional Java and
Visual Basic modules. Specifically, WPM was tasked with building out
the existing PHP code framework and object library, and developing
the client interface. The new system will not only be faster and more
robust than the current version, it will also offer a host of features
not available in any similar product today. In addition, WPM's
flexibility allowed the client to achieve their objectives without
the undue cost of hiring a separate developer for each technology used.
